This chart told us that from 2001 to 2006, the percentage of adult who ate foods was increased. From 2006 to 2008, The number was declined. The percentage of children who ate fruit and vegetables was increasing since 2004. The children’s number was declined in 2008.

From 2001 to 2003, children ate the same fruit and vegetables per day. But since 2004, the consumption of the foods was suddenly increased. At the same time, men ate the same foods in three years.

Maybe during 2006, the finance crisis happened. So all the people was staved. Adult ate less food than children because parent will give food to their baby. Parent will prevent their children staving to death, so this explained the number of Children’s food consumption still increasing in 2007. However the women’s number was declined.

This chart precisely depicts the relationship between men and women, adult and children. Why the number of food consumption is changed is still unknown.

This chart shows us that from 2001 to 2006, the percentage of people who ate five portions of fruit and vegetables per day in the UK.

From 2001 to 2008, compared to the woman、man、and children, the percentage of women always ate most five portions of fruit and vegetables. The number of children always ate least five portions of fruit and vegetables and men always ate medium of it.

From 2001 to 2003, men and children have the same trend. They ate the same five portions of fruit and vegetables per day. But since 2004, the consumption of the five portions of fruit and vegetables suddenly increased.

From 2007 to 2008, the percentage of men and Children who ate five portions of fruit and vegetables per day declined. However the women’s number was declined since 2006.

In conclusion, from 2001 to 2006, the number of women who ate five portions of fruit and vegetables continue growing. In 2001, over 20 percent of women ate five portions of fruit and vegetables per day. In 2002, the number grew to nearly 25 percent. In 2006, the number continued grew to more than 30 percent.

From 2004 to 2006, the number of men who ate five portion of fruit and vegetables grew. From 2004 to 2007, the number of children who ate five portion of fruit and vegetables grew. Then, the number decline.

This chart precisely depicts the relationship between men、women and children.

This bar chart gives us information about the proportion of women,men and children consuming five servings of fruit and vegetables each day from 2001 to 2008 in the UK.

Overall, it can be seen that the highest percentage of all people consuming fruit and vegetables was women, while children consistently accounted for the lowest proportion. Futhermore, a significant increase in the proportion of people eating these food items can be seen over the period given.

The percentage of women who ate five portions of fruit and vegetables per day started at just over 20% in 2001. This figure then rose steadily to reach a peak of almost 35% in 2006, before falling slightly to 30% in the final year.

In terms of men and children eating fruit and vegetables, the rate remained relatively stable in the first three years (about 17% and 12% respectively).From this point, the porpotion of men climbed gradually to peak at about 27% in both 2006 and 2007, after which it dropped to about 26%.A similar growth in the figure for children was evident reaching 25% in 2007 and around 24% in the final year.
